Oil on canvas cleaned, restored and relined within the past 10 years or so, canvas remains good and tight and paint in good clean condition, we have not been able to track down this artist, old paper label verso giving the dates 1883-1885 with the suggestion that at least one work was exhibited by him at the RBA. Signature could be Cobbe. Not framed
