There is a piece of moulding loose from top front right corner, but present. There is one roundel missing and at least three, possibly four replacements. There is a small indentation/chip to the top back edge towards the centre. There is a small gap (damage??) in the centre of the top marker. The bottom right handle for turning the lower numbered barrel is a replacement. There is a split tyo the wood at the base of the left side panel.
The ball cabinet is locked without a key. Some scratches and more prominent indentations to the top. Ther are a few monor knocks/chips to the top back rim also.
