Watercolour on paper in honest untouched condition, no doubt some fading to the paint but still retaining fair strength of colour particularly in the blues, where the paper has not been painted notably with, view through the window, the paper has taken on some brownish discoloured tones, there are further possibly water marks showing running through the side of the column dividing the room from the view. Signed and dated lower left, also signed in upper case at the bottom of the spiral twist column.
Housed in probably the original plain moulded wood frame which suffers from a few surface scratches and separations of the corners.
