A pair of French Art Deco patinated bronze deer bookends, each on rectangular bases, marked Gaulthier, 5in.

Bronze figures themselves are in good condition, however there is some damage to the black slate bases, one with a splinter chip to the front left corner, the other with a long slither like section of the top edge of the plinth broken off and restuck with some flake losses around it and another small chip to a corner.
