Two Chinese sang de boeuf baluster vases, 19th century, mounted as lamps, the first of pear shape, 32cm, the second of baluster shape, 32cm, both measurements excl. mounts, both drilled for lamp fittings

Both vases have been drilled through the bases for the lamp fittings.
The pear shaped vase has fine short crack to the rim, a later black painted line under the rim which removes fairly easily and a crackle to the glaze all over. The foot has been ground off and a few cracks to one side.
The second vase of baluster shape has a crackle to the glaze inside and out, the foot rim has been ground off.
