English Private Collection purchased from the 1960's to 1980's.
The tip of the tablet has been broken off approx. 5.5cm from the tip, probably broke into several sections where there is a weakness in the stone, there is a horizontal crack with some slight filler to it and there is a slight section on the right hand side measuring 7mm x 30mm with a filler repair and other filler repair around the broken sections more visible on the back than the front, the wood stand which is later has refixed uprights.
