A large 19th century brass telescope, inscribed made by James Pettit FRAS 1837, on a mahogany tripod stand, with original case, and a collection of various eyepiece lenses and other fittings, 46in.

The optics appear to be in reasonable condition but some are quite dirty and dusty and will need cleaning, larger optic on the telescope appears to have some damp or hazing under the glass so assume some cleaning or a service would be required. Lacquered brass tube does have one or two minor dents and other scratches, marks and wear as expected.
Overall reasonable condition.
