A Victorian turned ivory Staunton pattern part chess set, including sixteen red stained pieces with 3.5 inch kings and twelve opposing natural ivory pieces, with various damages, together with a mahogany box with the remains of a Jaques label to lid

Queen has a chip to her crown
Remaining knight has chips around the circular base
both rooks have chips around castellated rims and bases

three of the pawns have their ball finials missing
Red stained ivory pieces are complete in number but there are minor losses in places.

Mahogany box is reasonable but has a small crack along the top and only has the remains of a Jaques label to the inside.
