Oil on original canvas which is still good and tight, paint looks a little dirty, stretcher marks showing down the left hand side, a little fine but stable craquelure showing towards the top of the image, paint is also a little dirty and will certainly need a clean, in an old carved giltwood frame which suffers a few small losses to the edges, old Fine Art Dealer's label verso along with more recent Sotheby's labels from a sale where it was offered with the estimate of £10,000 - 15,000.
