Oil on canvas which is now a little saggy, paint looks dirty with a noted white splash in the dark of the brown arch and various other dirt marks throughout the work but this should clean to good effect, signed lower right, in a fabric lined white painted frame, title inscribed by artist verso.
A small inch tear/split in the canvas on the left side near the stretcher.
