A Tibetan velvet and metal brocade saddle cloth, late 19th / early 20th century, the main field decorated with flowerhead medallions and green and red velvet squares, with purple and red velvet borders and various tassels, approx. 180cm.

A little grubby, wear to the velvet particularly to the red border at the front, tasselled fringe is detached in places, some occasional unpicked threads.
