Oil on original canvas which is bulging outwards in the middle to some degree, paint fairly thin with the weave of the canvas visible through much of the sky and equally in the water, this was clearly the artists intention and not the result of any clean, infact the picture looks like it needs a good clean, no sign of any craquelure, signed lower right, in a Rowley Gallery frame, a sketch of a girl in woodland verso with the title, signature and date inscribed over the top, essentially good original untouched condition.
