A Chinese pottery tomb figure of a Bactrian camel, Tang dynasty or later, standing four square on a rectangular base, the saddle modelled with two ox heads, 43cm high
£600-800
Condition:
Encrusted with mud all over particularly to the base so it’s impossible to say whether there is any restoration or repair underneath this. Numerous losses to the painted pigments, but looks in good decorative order otherwise.
Sold for £600
