A Victorian ornate silver four piece tea and coffee service, by Thomas Smily, of pyriform shape and decorated with beaded diamond shaped panels, scrolls with fruit and oval panels with engraved monogram, London, 1872, coffee pot height 31.5cm, gross weight 96.3oz. Condition:
Coffee pot- Leans very slightly. Two very large dents around the base of the belly along with a few other small bur obvious dents. Several small dings around the main body. Handle is loose in situ and the finial is bent. Teapot- Sits off centre as there has been some downward pressure and is in need of attention.  A few small dents around the main body also. Sugar bowl- Possible missing  a cover?? A few small dents around the body. Cream jug- Possible missing a cover?? Two large and several small dents around the the base of the belly. The jug also sits of centre due to a downward force again, so is in need of attention. All hallmarks clear but with some mild rubbing.
