Condition:
The cigar cutter section is not fixed in situ and can be removed fully, so in need of some attention(should be sprung?) Small dent to the back. Mild tarnishing. Hallmarks clear, but with some rubbing to the makers mark. Small dent to the back of the perpetual light and the wick holder is slightly crushed.
