Two late 19th early 20th century Chinese wedding skirts. Made with pink silk damask, embroidered with large decorative silk floral and butterfly front panels bordered by blue embroidered black silk borders between pleats with floral embroidery. The silk damask attached to a wide cream silk waist band and partly lined with pale ble silk. 98cm long x 74cm wide. Condition - the embroidery and pink silk damask in good condition, silk strong and colours vibrant on border as well. Silk lining and cream tops marked.
