(Anthony Rota, Oct. 1964) loosely inserted: contained in a fabric lined red buckram box, gilt label on spine (with a smll. discolouration mark on the lid); copy no.3: nb. the drop-down box may habve been provided especially for this copy: the volume is listed (but not described) in Williams & Madan. Fabric tiles intact and complete, also there is slight damage on top edge of box (by spine)
