of tapering cylindrical form and embossed with Anglo-Indian decoration, the domed cover with scroll thumbpiece, with gilded interior, London, 1858, height 19cm, 34oz, in original Hunt & Roskell gilt tooled fitted leather carrying case.

The overall condition of the tankard is very good. Hallmarks clear. Part of interior missing from the base of the case and there are numerous minor scuff marks to the exterior.
