An 18th century Dutch walnut armoire, with scroll moulded cornice and two panelled doors enclosing partially fitted interior, over two short and two long bombé drawers, on bracket feet, width 190cm, depth 70cm, height 254cm

Condition:
Overall of a slightly faded golden brown tone darker to both sides, small cracks and separations in the moulding of the cornice, minor dents and scuffing to the two main doors, lock is original and comes with key but does not seem to work, interior with two fixed shelves, each incorporating drawers and all of a darker walnut tone, open backing boards with signs of old adaptions and minor alterations, splits and cracks, top two drawers both lacking their locks, long drawers have locks but no key, signs of old repairs around the drawer dividers, old scuffing and wear to the feet, lower left side has some loose mouldings and vertical splitting, right side has central vertical split and further splitting lower down, there are some loose sections of moulding retained in one of the drawers.
