An Edwardian marquetry inlaid satinwood occasional table, the reversible top inlaid with a vase of flowers and enclosing twin compartments over a velvet lined slide and flanked by serpentine flaps, on ebony strung turned tapered columns and downswept legs, width 50cm, depth 41cm, height 71.5cm

Condition:
Overall of a slightly dulled golden satinwood tone, central panel to the lid is bowed upwards and has old splits running through it, reversing to a plain mahogany interior which shows bowing and a split, the compartments later lined with velvet, small losses around the edges of the top, slide looks like it would once have been the frame for a silks box but is now filled in with fabric covered liner and has reinforced screws to the corners, underframe a little wobbly.
