Overall very good with no rips or holes however when a hand is run over the pile a blue powder residue is left on the palm this is probably a cleaning product that hasn’t been totally removed. No odour to the carpet and no evidence of moth, there is a small black stain but not severe. Basically a thorough professional clean should rectify any issues.
