A Victorian ormolu mounted ebonised and pietra dura pier cabinet, with highly ornate ormolu mounts depicting foliate motifs, laurel wreath figures and musical putti, the single door inset with a hardstone panel of fruit and flowers in an urn, W.3ft 2in. D.1ft 7in. H.3ft 11.5in.

Some slight chipping around the edges of the top with one split running from the right handside inwards approx. 15 inches, ormolu mounts all with some degree of oxidisation but still bright, one strip of brass inlay has sprung from the left hand side, rubbing at the bottom where the door catches against the plinth, door has working lock with key, interior is the original natural oak with a single shelf, some scuffing around the plinth base commensurate with age and use.
