A part canteen of George III/George IV silver double struck fiddle and shell pattern flatware by Josiah & George Piercy and George Piercy, comprising fifty three items, with engraved crest, London, 1818 and 1823, 121 oz.

17 tablespoons (13 x 1818 4 x 1823)- All spoons tips except two are showing signs of wear. Some of the engaved crest are a little tired. Some visible wear to the shell decoration also. One bowl is bent. Fairly well used in general. Hallmarks clear.
11 table forks (9 x 1818 2 x 1823)- 10 of the forks have quite visible wear to their tines. Some minor wear to the shell decoration in places. Some of the crests are a little tired. Fairly well used. Hallmarks clear.
7 dessert spoons 1818- Tips showing signs of wear. Some of the bowls have received a couple of knocks, one bowl a little misshapen. Some surface scratches to the bowls. Some wear to the shell decoration, mainly on the top of the spoons. Hallmarks clear. Some rubbing to the hallmarks.
8 dessert forks (6 x 1818 2 x 1823)- All tines very worn. Wear to the crest and decoration. Hallmarks clear.
7 teaspoons (5 x 1817 2 x 1823)- Mild wear to spoon tops. Wear to the decoration and crest in parts.
Pr of sauce ladles and basting spoon 1818- Mild wear to the decoration on all three. A few scraches to the basting spoon bowl. Mild wear to the crest. Hall marks clear.

All pieces are double struck except one dessert fork.
