An 18th century style walnut breakfront writing table, the top with triple gilt tooled brown leather inset skiver, above a projecting central drawer between four further drawers, on acanthus carved cabriole legs and ball and claw feet, and a similar Chippendale elbow chair, 4ft 11.5in. x 3ft 2in. x 2ft 6in.

Leather writing surface has a few scuffs, marks and scratches particularly at the front at the bow end, there are general scuffs and marks all over mainly aorund the legs, there are two slight shrinkage splits beneath the veneer on the back panels which have resulted in what looks like a crease across the panel, overall average condition.
We would suggest this is c.1930/50's.
