A late 19th century French Drocourt & Co brass hour repeating carriage clock, with enamelled arabic chapter ring over an alarum dial, movement and case no.30903, 4.25in.

Case showing some wear from polishing but otherwise in good order, a small monogram at the centre of the bottom front panel, glass dirty in places but all without damage, top plate looks original but very dirty, ticks for a while then stops, dial with some light oxidisation marks showing on the matted ground, slight wear to the main chapter ring and the lower alarm dial, handbook original, alarm hand bent, movement looks complete but not going and not repeating, left hand winder is over-wound or refuses to turn, right hand spins but has no effect of winding. Comes with the original key.
