A Chinese late Ming bronze seated figure of a Bodhisattva, and stand, 16th / 17th century, the seated figure holding a pouring vessel in each hand, with remnants of lacquer decoration, on a separate lotus throne stand, 31.5cm.

There is typical minor casting imperfections most noticeable to the robes beneath the hands, remnants of red and gilt lacquer decoration all over, several of the lotus petals to the stand have been bent at the very tips, consistent with age, otherwise in good condition.
