Two 19th century Turkish hand embroidered towel ends sewn together later as a table centre. Worked on fine hand woven linen in polychrome silks with gold metallic thread fillings, 39.5cm wide x 26.5cm deep. Condition - the coloured threads have faded slightly in sun light and the linen is slightly marked in places, due to age and use. There are no holes.
