An unusual Royal Worcester ‘frog and mice’ ewer, c.1880, modelled with three mice clambering over the lower half of the body and applied with a scrolling dragon handle, the scale moulded body painted with a croaking frog, a leaping frog and an owl by a pond, smudged green printed mark to base, 29cm high

Condition:
Occasional minor wear to enamels and gilding. One of the mice is missing its right ear, another with a small chip to the edge of its right ear, otherwise in good condition with no restoration or cracks detected.
