A Tibetan gilt copper alloy figure of Amitayus, 16th/17th century, on a double lotus throne, formerly from Agatha Christie’s home, Greenway House, Devon 14cm high

Condition:
Typical casting imperfections. Wear and remnants of gilding, dark brown and copper patina. Base bent around the edge with a small split at the rear. Cast hole to the back of the figure with evidence of straw or paper filling inside. Base panel probably later and with old solder around the edge. The base panel will remove to reveal compacted soil? and straw which can be removed and put back. Otherwise in reasonable condition.
