A Chinese white jade figure of bixi with a bird on its back, 17th/18th century, the stone of good even tone with a few paler inclusions, L. 5.4cm, wood stand

A few tiny nicks to the edge of the bixi' wings and a small splinter chip to one of the bird's wings, otherwise good condition. The wood stand is missing its base.
