A 1920's Louis Vuitton small travelling trunk, with tan orange leather bound by brass studded brown leather banding, label for Paris 70 Champs Elysees no.769185, width 20in. depth 18in. height 18in.

Tan leather handle to the top worn commensurate with age but should restore to good effect, stitching looks intact, orange canvas covering throughout is discoloured with crazing, scuffs and dirt marks but does not appear to have gone missing in any areas, original latches, catches and other metal work are now a dull bronze colour, tan leather banding to each corner and the edges of lid are all scuffed with various dents and scratches, the worst one being to the front right side, internally the original fabric lining is now very dirty and spotted, inside the lid is the original quilted fabric which again has some discoloured spotting but remains original, original label on the back right of the lid, no key but lock intact, underside is covered in black canvas and has original wooden slats, overall honest condition commensurate with age.
