Oil on original canvas in very good untouched condition, slight undulation showing to the canvas towards the top right corner, and possibly in need of a general clean but no other faults noted, signed lower right, under glass in its original gilt frame with the title Newlyn, Cornwall, frame is starting to separate at the corners, shows rubbing around the edges and other small scratches, the number 9537 is inscribed on the back of the canvas along with a price of £40.00 at the top stretcher, no other labels or inscriptions, although there are some remnants of patches where labels may have one time been.
Overall an honest picture in good condition, this has not previously been on the auction market.
