A 19th century French faience clock garniture, of chinoiserie inspiration, the clock surmounted with a cockerel, over an enamelled Roman dial set into a pierced case with dragon base and bronze feet, with matching pair of shi-shi side ornaments, clock 18in.

Left side shi-shi has an extensively restored tail with glue marks showing, but otherwise good, right side shi-shi again has had tail restored and the whole of the head broken into several parts and glued back together, main case in good condition, dial original and rather dirty with perhaps a little retouching around the left winding hole, movement not tested.
