A large early 20th century Russian 84 zolotnik silver mounted cut glass kovsh, master, Pyetr Loskutov, Moscow circa, 1910, with ornate silver handle decorated with scrolls and whorls, the prow with silver mount modelled as Golova? from the Russian poem and opera, Ruslan and Liudmila, 1908-1917 kokoshnik mark, length 11.5in.

The silver handle is fixed to the glass but the glass has broken inside the handle and does lift away from the bowl. It appears to be a clean break (quite hard to tell) but it is damaged. There are one or two other tiny chips to the glass rim. The silver mounts are in good order. Marks clear.
