A group of Chinese gilt-decorated blue and white tea wares, Qianlong period, each piece typically painted with figures in amid pavilions in river landscapes, the borders picked out in bright gilding, comprising a teapot and cover, six tea cups and saucers, a coffee cup, and similar milk jug, tea bowl and saucer and coffee cup, a few faults

Condition:
Typical glaze imperfections, light surface scratches to the glaze and wear to gilding throughout. Teapot cover has a chip to the inner rim. Teapot itself has a crescent shaped crack running along the top join of the spout to the body. One tea bowl has a small chip to the rim with a hairline crack emanating from it, the other has a hairline crack from the rim. One of the coffee cups has a large crack, running from the rim and forking into two. Three of the teacups have chips to the rim and a hairline crack each. All saucers suffer chips and cracks, one has been stapled.
