A late 19th century gilt white metal mounted green opaline glass scent flask, by Sampson Mordan & Co, of oval form with hinged cover embossed with urn and flowers, the glass decorated in gilt with birds and foliage, 88mm.

Some of the gilt decoration to the glass has worn away in places. There is also wear to the gilding on the cap.
