A late 19th century American Marcus & Co gold and single stone oval cut Sri Lankan sapphire set serpent ring, the shank modelled as four entwined serpents, terminating with each head supporting the sapphire, together with a Gem & Pearl Laboratory report dated 5/7/2024, stating the stone to weigh 2.12ct, the shank 8.89 grams and the stone to be of Sri Lankan origin, with no evidence of heat treatment observed, signed, size L.
