Condition:
Numerous small surface nicks/chips to the cabochon, would suggest it needs re-polishing. A couple of the central stone claws need re-tipping. Some claws missing for the diamonds. Old cut stones of semi decent quality. Shank has quite a thin gauge. The metal is unmarked and has nor been tested. Cabochon dimensions are 7.1mm by 7.6mm, with a depth of 2.9mm. Diamond are approx. 0.03ct each.
