Tennyson - attractive binding - as often found on Curtis books; Turner - front inner hinge cracked, but unusual, idiosyncratic binding; Dickens - good, marbled e/ps. and edges (from the Chas. Dickens edition); Cinderella - spine neatly repaired, but much of lettering missing; Toyshop - paper label on upper board marked, some corner wear; also - Le Fanu's A Strange Adventure in the Life of Miss Laura Mildmay....(frontis. Felix Kelly, 2nd imp., 1947, torn d/w.); and 2 vols. Alice (Wonderland and Looking Glass), good copies - the orig. pictorial cloth format still (1948) Toy Theatre - some sl. knocks on covers, one scene with sl. damage needing attention, another with sm. piece torn away (preserved loose in envelope); already made up but folded flat (23cm high and 104cm circumference); probably lacks orig. envelope or box.
