Condition:
Overall in honest untouched condition, mid reddish brown rosewood tone in the main although somewhat sunbleached on the left hand side, the top has all of its original supports but lacks brass fittings to support books / pages and has some sections of veneer missing particularly near the top front left corner, doors lack one brass escutcheon and no key present, a later lock has been added, shelves are later plywood examples, minor scuffing and rubbing around the plinth foot.
