Lacquered wood writing box some wear and rubs to edges and corners, particularly around side drawer; one slope hinge loose, (all four pins missing), another missing two pins; slope latch missing two pins and loose; surfaces glossy. The two smaller papier mache boxes in good condition; the larger box top decoration more worn. All circa 1870/1900.
