Title lightly marked and spotting on dedication leaf, but mostly clean; (10),588 and (5)pp. late 19th cent. armorial bkplt. (Wm. Fuller Maitland, Stansted Hall) and sm. 20th c. bklabel of James Hobbs, old ink ownership on leaf preceding title, and the RB initials (dated 1624) neatly inscr. on title; worm inside margins pp.544-576 (sm.track, just touching text - but not onto), thereafter pinholes to end; the 'carde of the beacons' map first published in this edition.
