A Chinese late Ming lacquered wood model of an altar table, 17th century, the rectangular top with scrolled ends, above a shaped frieze with ruyi head shaped brackets, on trestle end supports with foliate pierced panels, 41cm wide, 16.5cm high, minor losses

Condition:
Some wear to the lacquer around the edges consistent with age and use, one curved end has possibly been detached and re-glued with some colouring in to match around the area. Both of the scroll ends have some slight flaking and chipped losses to them. One of the ruyi head brackets is missing a small section, otherwise in reasonable condition.
