There a few minute nibbles to the table facet edge of the sapphire and one of the diamonds has a small chip to the table facet edge. Visible wear to the gold on both shoulders (tiny holes). Carat, colour and clarity of stone not known. Small diamonds approx. 0.01ct. Stones bright and lively.
