A pair of mid 18th century Danish silver candlesticks, with knopped stems and spiral decorated circular bases, lacking sconces?, date for Copenhagen 1766, 19.5cm et infra(due to repair),18oz.

General wear to the decoration on both commensurate with age. Old repair to th base of the stem on one candlestick, which also has a repaired split to the foot rim along with a couple of small dents. Marks on base visible but some indistinct.
