A Chinese purple silk quilted winter robe, decorated with multi-coloured embroidered edging, together with a red silk Chinese blue embroidered jacket, the bottom front of the panels being heavily embroidered

The purple damask Chinese winter robe has damage to the back where the damask is completely torn. The two front panels are in good condition. The fine blue lining is torn in places and stained. The embroidered black panels and braiding are in good condition with minor damage to the embroidery as are the edges of the sleeves. There is a large hole to the purple silk damask on one of the sleeves and some staining on the shoulders. The red silk jacket is faded all over but the blue embroidery is in good condition and the braiding is in good condition. There are some holes to the back of the jacket on the backing, silk which is very faded. The black crepe dress - the beading at the neck is in good condition, the dress needs washing and pressing, the side zip is original and works. The two red lengths of crepe de chine are slightly faded, the large silk striped stole has a very large stain and is torn by the stain, the metal silvered thread stole is damaged with holes all over.
