Dial is very dirty and looks to be somewhat nicotine stained with oxidisation of the chapter ring, hands look original, movement looks complete, a notable green oxidisation to the bells, winding holes on the dial at 3 and 9 o'clock look very tight and actually cut into the chapter ring suggesting that the clarion is later, strike silent is enamelled at 9 o'clock, Westminster / Whittington at 3 o'clock, comes with a bracket pillar for a gong, three brass pulley wheels and two almost certainly associated bob weights.
