Franz Hagenauer. An Art Deco plated brass and ebonised wood figure of Josephine Baker, Werkstätte Hagenauer Wien (wHw) mark to base, 12in.

Figure is slightly loose at the join of her bottom left foot where it fits into the wooden skirt and there is some tarnish to the leg and silver plated torso, head and arms, the oval base is heavily scratched underneath and is very slightly bent where the foot is joined, otherwise in reasonable condition.
When displayed the weight of the figure is slightly to the right so the oval base is tilted up slightly.
