A George V Scottish silver four piece tea set,by John Alexander Fettes, hallmarked Glasgow 1919/20, consisting of a kettle on a stand with burner, teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, circular in form with a reeded girdle and bifurcated handle with dragon masks on circular bases, initialled, kettle on stand height 31,5cm,

gross weight 83.9oz/2612 grams.

The teapot has a few very minor dings/bumps around the shoulder. All pieces initialled D. Some slight rubbing to the hallmarks on the teapot. Therer is a dark mark (burn mark) on the underside on the tea kettle. Overall condition is otherwise good with hallmarks clear.
