Oil on hardboard in good untouched condition, paint possibly a little dirty but no other faults noted, two prominent scratched lines running through the side of the right hand cottage, presumably a part of the work, a further diagonal line running across this through the chimney, signed lower right perhaps with a trace of date, housed under glass in the original plain white painted frame which is now looking a little tatty, title inscribed verso, along with price 6 guineas.
